SHIPPING & RETURNS
We hope you are pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging. For your convenience, FREE RETURNS only applies to continental U.S. orders.
PROCESSING OF THE ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
• Orders are processed at 10:45 a.m. ( CST) Monday - Friday.
• Orders received before 10:45 a.m. ( CST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day.
• It is acceptable to ship to PO Boxes in all U.S. States and territories. Fees may apply, if outside the Continental United States.
• Free Returns only to the continental U.S.
• Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all applicable duty, taxes, and custom brokerage fees.

Step 1: Visit crevofootwear.com and login to your account under ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Click on the icon for ‘Order History’ in the Account Menu.
Step 3: Click on the corresponding ‘Order Number’ for the return.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Returns’ section and click on ‘request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number’.
Step 5: Fill out the requested information and click continue. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be automatically provided to you.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to complete your return. Exchange Instructions Follow steps 1 through 5 of the Return Instructions above, and then proceed to the following step:
Step 6: After you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, click "Exchange Order” to choose the product you wish to receive for the exchange. You have up to 60 days to complete the exchange.
Please Note: If the return package of the original merchandise is not received within 30 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, your credit card will be charged or a bill will be issued. Products must be in original condition, not worn, and shipped in original packaging.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
• If you exchange for a higher priced item, your credit card will be charged the difference.
• If you exchange for a lower priced item, you will receive a credit on your credit card for the difference.
• If you return an item within 60 days, you will receive a credit on your credit card.
• When returning or exchanging and your order falls below $75 the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
HOW TO PREPARE THE RETURN PACKAGE:
• Pack merchandise in the original shipping box.
• Affix the pre-paid SmartPost return label over the original shipping label on the box.
• Retain the top portion of the return label for your tracking number reference.
• Please Note: Write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the box below the shipping label (Example: RA#9000054) to ensure prompt credit to your account.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE:
Simply leave your return package in your mailbox, give it to your postman or mail it at any USPS location. You can also drop your return off at any FedEx Authorized Service Center that accepts ground shipments.
